Let's Get Down & Dirty in the Garden
Mondays, April 15, 22, 29, 4-6pm
Participants gain hands-on experience and develop practical gardening skills, such as planting, pruning, composting, and maintaining a garden from an experienced grower, Jan-YourGardenGURU.
At the same time, they connect with like-minded individuals who share their passion for gardening.
Week 1- April 15- 4-6 pm
Plant Salad Greens, 3 different varieties, Plant a flat, take home your own starter pot of lettuce plants, PLUS enjoy a delicious light supper, personally prepared and served by Chef Sebastiano Lenares.
Week 2- April 22 - 4-6 pm
Plant 3 different types of Basil-Plant a flat and take home your own starter pot of Basil, PLUS enjoy a delicious light supper, personally prepared and served by Chef Sebastiano Lenares.
Week 3- April 29- 4-6 pm
Plant 3 different varieties of Heirloom Tomatoes. Plant a flat and then take home a tomato pot, ready for your own garden, PLUS enjoy a delicious light supper, personally prepared and served by Chef Sebastiano Lenares.
